I have been going to Jasmine's (Acomb) for a number of years now for electrolosis and eyebrow trims and have always found it a pleasant experience. I can get appointments at short notice and there are no parking problems. This avoids the hastle of going into to York There is never any waiting around as service is prompt and efficient. After a little miscommunication over my first service, these guys have been very good. In particular I was a victim of crime twice; first my car was broken into, then on another occasion the buggers ripped my wiper off, bending the mechanism. Both times Hyundai were happy to check the car over, on the second occurrence the chap spent a good 20 mins bending it back. No charge, happy days

Well i have just purchased a Nissan Juke from Alexander Nissan Garage the Sales Man was called Andy very nice quietly spoken man made the purchase of the car very pleasant for me there was a couple of small issues that's why i have not given 5 star but Andy dealt with them in a good fast way. I have not had to deal with any after care yet as only had the car 3 days so i hope that if i do have any problem's they will be as pleasant as i can see by some reviews that some people had problems so fingers crossed. But i would like to Thank Andy for his nice relaxed nature that was far better than hard car sales :-)

Paul serviced my 1150 GSA a few months ago. He did a thorough, professional job. I'd intended to catch the bus into York and have a wander about but rain put a stop to that. I ended up sitting in the comfy chair in the corner of Paul's workshop and watching him work, trying not to ask too many stupid questions. Great result, bike felt great on the ride home thru the rain and at a fraction of a main dealer price.
Had my K1300GT serviced today by Paul and have to say it has never run better. Very attentive, nice chap and very reasonably priced. If you have a BMW don't hesitate, you won't be disappointed!

I had a problem with my MacBook after an upgrade, I wasted 6 hours to no avail trying to solve the problem. I phoned Jennings who after asking a few questions told me what the problem was, I booked the computer in for a RAM upgrade and a health check. The work was carried out within the day and my MacBook is working perfectly now. Everyone I spoke to at Jennings was very helpful and knowledgeable. I'd say use with confidence.

I have been working with legend for over 5 years now, and I can honestly say this is the best Leisure Club Management System on the market today, with the best support and nicest people in the business. I am an IT Infrastructure and Support Analyst for a medium sized leisure company, and I have been in this role for over 5 years. Previous to this role I have spent 11 years in the leisure industry working for 3 different leisure operators at 7+ facilities as a Lifeguard, Team Leader and Duty Manager. As such I have used many different club management systems, from pen and paper, to club runner, to leisure flex, to MRM Plus2, and finally and most thankfully Legend. Legend is the first system I have used that isn't a fixed and rigid product. With all the other systems I have used, it's an out of box product and if it doesn't quite fit your needs or doesn't do something you need it to do then tough. However with Legend the system is ever changing and evolving, with new features, bug fixes and general Improvements coming as regularly as every 6 weeks. Changes and new features for which they actually listen to their customers and work with them to develop innovative, efficient software that enrich and streamline the experience for both staff and customers. I would highly recommend the Legend Club Management System to any company in the industry who want to manage every aspect of their business from one useful and ashteticaly pleasing system.

Recommended. The repairs were done even quicker than I was originally quoted, and for a fair price. I called to tell them I was running late to pick my bike up, and they even stayed open fifteen mins late to accommodate me.
Went in recently to purchase a new mountain bike for my son. Staff were friendly and attentive. Was asked our requirements, price range etc. and they where very helpful. Let my son try out a few and were particular vigilant in making sure he would be getting the right frame size. Bike was chosen and ordered. Had it in stock but not made up. Said I would pick it up a week later however it was ready by the next morning. Fantastic service. Couldn't fault.
